Out of all 12 Universal Laws, this one may be my favorite.

Because at its core, this law carries something so many people desperately need to remember:

You are not stuck.

Not in your thoughts.
Not in your emotions.
Not in your past.
Not even in the version of yourself you’ve become comfortable identifying with.

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy reminds us that energy is always moving, always shifting, and always capable of transformation.

And sometimes, simply remembering that can change everything.

Over the past five weeks, we’ve explored connection, vibration, reflection, attraction, and action.

Now we arrive at a law that reminds us of something deeply important:

Nothing is truly fixed.

Not your mindset.
Not your emotions.
Not your circumstances.
Not even the version of yourself you believe you are today.

This is the Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy—the understanding that energy is constantly moving, changing, and transforming.

✨ Energy Is Never Static

Even when life feels still, energy is still in motion.

Thoughts shift.
Emotions rise and fall.
People change.
Seasons change.
You change.

But sometimes, when we’ve been sitting in a difficult place for too long, we begin to believe the feeling is permanent.

We start identifying with the heaviness instead of recognizing it as a temporary state.
